We log IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our web site. IP addresses are logged to track a user's session. This gives MODE an idea of which parts of our site users are visiting. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that a users session will be tracked, but the user will be anonymous.
Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information including their name, company name, e-mail address, and optionally, their phone number. We use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user information about our company. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor if requested. MODE collects this information for internal use only and does not share it with other individuals or companies. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the Database Removal/Opt-Out section below.
